For our Easter holiday this year we are hosting breakfast at our home. One of the dishes that will be on the menu is this Asparagus & Prosciutto quiche that will be served with a Spring salad mix and fruit highlighting the strawberry. The beverage of choice is a Spring inspired Strawberry Rose' Sangria. A nice, fruity, light drink that I am sure our guests will enjoy!

This is a savory dish with the saltiness of the prosciutto and touches of tarragon in the quiche. Plus, the arugula in the spring salad has a peppery, spicy flavor. However, the sweetness of the strawberries in both the salad and the sangria compliment the savory nicely.

What I love about quiche is it's versatility. There are so many types of quiche that you can make using a variety of cheeses, vegetables and meats. It is indeed a brunch staple.
