Ingredients:
6 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 stalk of celery (finely chopped)
1 1/2 tablespoons onion (finely chopped)
1/3 cup of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
1 tablespoon tarragon
Whole grain bagel (to serve)
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, stir together eggs, mayonnaise, celery, onion, curry, salt and pepper.
Cover, and refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Serve on whole grain bagel.
