Entertaining made easier ...
To make entertaining a little easier on yourself, look at your menu and the food that you will be serving. Gather the dishes that you will be serving the food on and note what each dish is for. Therefore, when it comes time to serve your food, you already know what dish will be used and you're not scrambling at the last minute trying to figure out what dish to use.
