"I wanted food that is not overly complicated to prepare..."
Whether you are hosting a game night or having friends over for March Madness in the weeks to come, here is a super easy menu that you can prepare for the festivities.
We recently hosted a “Night of Spades” game night with friends where we played the card game “Spades” and had a blast! For this event, I created this menu of appetizers and finger foods (including a few store bought options). My husband, David and I worked together in the kitchen to prepare and cook the food as a team, which as a lot of fun…
Gyro Cups
Proscuitto Wrapped Asparagus
Veggie Tray with Dip
Guacamole Cups
Honey Buffalo Chicken Wings
Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts
Chocolate & Vanilla Cupcakes
I created this menu because I wanted food that is not overly complicated to prepare, I wanted a variety of items to serve and food that was easily accessible for our guests. With that, we setup a buffet style table with all the appetizers laid out. We also dedicated a space for a cocktail station.
Cosmopolitan Fizz Punch
Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and appreciated the assortment and setup. It was a great night of fun had by all!
